Does anybody know how I can get the Relocation Appraisal Guide Book? I need help in filling out the form or some examples on the form. I took the training program offered by ERC, however I need a little more clarification. Can someone help me?

As to "filling out the form"...what exactly do you mean by those words? Isn't most all of it self-explanatory?

I need help with historical market trends and explaining my reconciliation of sales analysis. This is a horse property on an atypical lot size with only 4 sales within the past 6 months.

I could be wrong, but I thought a guide book was furnished with the course when I took it several years ago.

If you print the course materials (preferably to PDF) you will have the contents of the guide, but they do not furnish the guidebook.

And don't leave home without it!

If she made the same mistake I did, she took the online course and took and passed the test before printing out the guide. Once you pass the test, it locks you out. I was more than slightly pizzed.

I took the course and printed everything as I went along just to make sure I had it. However, I also purchased the manual as well to have for future reference.

It sounds like this might be a complex assignment. If I were you, I would try to find an experienced relocation appraiser in your area and offer to split the fee in exchange for consulting on the assignment. Relocation companies always get 2 appraisals, and if yours differs from the other appraisers, they will order a 3rd. If you end up significantly missing the mark, you jeopardize not getting any more work from them. I recently consulted with peers on a very difficult one I did, and I was glad to get their advise as they helped me to see a few areas of concern I had not considered.

Good luck.
