Okay, I don't know what is going on, but whenever I try to use the Apex vs3 in the evening it tells me I am not licensed. It works fine during the day though. This is on 2 different computers. It has been 3 days now that I have noticed this.

I purchased them through ACI and I have tried refreshing my license, that didn't work. It does have the box checked off saying it is included in my license. I have called ACI twice and they still haven't called me back.

Any ideas? Other than only use it during the day

Also, do I need to call Apex to get my free mobile sketch program? I don't have a tablet (yet). Can I still get it even though I purchased Apex vs3 through ACI?

First, Yes - you will need to download your MSTT from our website Apex Software and give us a call to receive your registration.

Second, that is strange that you license would be unusable in the evening. I'll check into this with my contacts at ACI to see if there is anything they can offer by way of suport on this.

Sorry you haven't received a call back. I'll be sure to pass that bit of information to their support management, just as I would want to know if our support wasn't responding to your needs. We're all in this together, right?

Feel free to give my staff a call if the registration issue continues... We're happy to help where we can even if all we do is help open the line(s) of communication.

It is nice to have a reply, even if you can't help! I finally got to speak with someone over at ACI tech, and of course since it is working now, there is not much they can do.

He did suggest it may be an issue with my anti-virus software. He gave me a couple of things to try if it happens again. I will check tonight.

Let me know what you find in your testing. This is first I've heard of the registraion being time-sensitive. You've got me curious...

BTW - licensing is somethnig ACI has to handle from their side. Essentially, this means that if you receive a license from us it may work stand alone, but you'd still need to get "access" to launch it from their forms program and also exchange the necessary data... (Just FYI)

Just wanted to give you a big Thank You! Your tech called me on Sunday and we re-licensed both machines. It is working fine now and still integrates with ACI.
