Does anyone know how to track down clients/banks, etc. that use ExactBid (RIMS) so I get on their approved lists and use them through ExactBid?

I think you can sign-up for RIMS and be eligible to receive bids from banks with whom you are not approved with yet (depending on their need) and that can turn into a fee-panel approval.

Have you checked that out yet?

You have to pay them to expand your market area over the "basic" fee. They make money on both ends.

We have been on there a couple of years and have only gotten work from clients we have contacted, not the other way around. But, I have heard of other appraisers on this forum who have gotten unsolicited bids on Rims that have led to bigger things.
