Exclusion from a panel

Maybe they are inviting yous to this meeting to throw the realtor out the front door, annoying b*stard. Oh wait, hahahahha.

If they ask a question that seems like a trap or taht you are unprepared to answer, tell them you will get back to them on it. Do not attack or discredit the RE agent or other parties even if they deserve it.

So you think with what you just said, they will say, 'oh, we are sooo sorry', never mind'. I would love to be there when you give you forthcoming excommunicated speech.
Would even pay per view.
I don't believe the "I'm so sorry, I'll be a better lapdog for you next time defense" is going to work either so as GH would say, "do you want to die on your feet or on your knees?"

I never care. Thankfully I am a one man show and can't take all of the jobs I'm sent. Hearing? Hell no not me, if they don't want to do business with me then I don't want to do business with them.

Sounds like a good opportunity to file an ethics complaint against the Realtor.

As if that will accomplish anything but if they want to, go for it -
Even if it just results in the realtor having to answer to the 'board', or whoever, and tell his side, he/she might think twice before doing it again.

Had a Farmers Insurance agent overcharging my 90 yr. FIL to the tune of an extra $4K year. Agent would not return my calls to discuss so I switched to another company and saved him $4K. Last message I left with agent was that if he didn't want to return my calls, he could talk to the State Ins. Commission. I filed a complaint and the Commission contacted the national and regional Farmers' offices and made the agent provide BUNCH of documentation explaining why he was actually a nice guy. Bottom line...State Commission said he did nothing illegal so nothing they could do. Agent called after the fact and apologized for not returning my calls. Duh.

Tell them all the properties you over valued to make up for the lower ones. And bring a dozen doughnuts, what can they say then.
