That is not what I am seeing. I see ~40% reduction in loans per month, but only a ~25% reduction in the number of individual appraisers submitting per rmonth.

You know, if everyone on the AF would just *BLOCK* "certain people" like I have, they would eventually get tired and just GO AWAY. You would see no difference in your business or everyday life, but you would be a lot calmer. And you would be reading a lot fewer LIES and be subject to a lot less GASLIGHTING. Try it.

I did not look at any data prior to the UCDP being introduced by the GSEs, because any "data" before that are simply guesses.
