My name is Kenny Schumacher and I'm living in the Bay Area. I'm 27, fairly involved in real estate (have a couple of SFRs in Alabama and invest in an apartment complex in Sacramento), am knowledgeable in completing residential appraisal reports (I co-founded a company alongside a certified appraiser that remotely completes appraisers' residential reports for them) so I won't need to be trained, and have hired and trained many employees throughout my career so I know how to be a good trainee

My goal is for this relationship to be mutually beneficial - preferably more beneficial for you than it is for me. I'm happy to complete all your reports for free in exchange for your supervision - and happy to continue completing your reports for free even beyond the supervisory period.
