Most of it has to do with what the normal course of business is concerning the three year history requirement and a lengthy rewrite of Statement 10.

Anyone want to comment?

Everyone should at least read it. It covers much of what we've been talking about recently, such as appraisal for 2 clients, etc.

Well I did not read all of it. I have yet to encounter any problems in getting a 3 year transaction history on any of my subject properties. My two big clients have also stated if it is not available through my normal sources to just state so. So far it has not beeen an issue for me.
