extraordinary assumption

Mr. Santora,

Why don't you work half as hard at coming up with good suggested solutions to the unanswered USPAP dilemmas as you do multiplying the complexities by so constantly suggesting they can't be solved?
Are you sure you are "geographically competent" to assess my efforts?

I answered the ASB question about confusing parts of USPAP suggesting a solution. What have you done to solve the problem?

Charge the client a couple extra hundred dollars and have a local flight instructor take you up for 45 minutes to circle the place a couple times. At 500 feet from a Cessna you'll be able to see and photograph as much as you could on a regular drive by...perhaps more because you'll be able to see it from all sides.

The thing that confuses me is when assuming things about the interior condition of the property on a driveby appraisal became "extraordinary," when you have to make the same assumptions on every driveby.

Let me see. What date was it we were forced to start using the 03/2005 forms for everything Fannie? .. .Oh yeah! .. It was THAT date!

Before I dare to say thanks for responding to the ASB about a confusing USPAP..... how many of those other ASB questions and answers are you responsible for? :icon_rolleyes:

Webbed.
