Extreme Makover house in foreclosure

I was listening to that on the radio yesterday. $450,000 for the home and another $250,000 in escrow or something to cover taxes, expenses, etc... for 25 years.

Hey... keep an eye out. If someone actually gets to appraise a house built by the ECM team... this might be a comp! :icon_mrgreen:

I can't IMAGINE the fee that I would charge to appraise one of those houses... :shrug:
