Fakebook appraisers are a frightening lot. They are for the most part wildlings, undisciplined, uncouth rabble from far north of the wall. There are however are a few extreme exceptions, at least once a week there will be an episode where one wrecks a deal on a pending sale and forces the parties to bring cash to the closing, in one recent episode the sale price was cut by $100. Say what you will, but that is good, even I’m not that talented.

TC you and Pete should hang out there occasionally to perform a public service. There are alot gramatical arrows posted over there, not to mention the USPAP violtions like improper shoe removal. It can be painful to read, even for lowly types like me .........you two would need oxygen if you stayed more than 5 minutes. :- )

The comical and ironic part of that is that if they would only take the time to read all your posts and retain something, they would have less of a need to rely on AMC work to survive.
