Fannie Mae and "Multiple Parcels"

The two or three paragraphs included in the newsletter are "dumb" and an oversimplification but in the end it is up to the appraiser how to deal with these types of assignments. If they are not competent then they would have to withdraw from the assignment.

The "average" appraiser is probably not competent (by FNMA definition) and is certainly not experienced enough to articulate the problem with the Fannie Guy.

Is this an opinion or statement of fact?

Right you are, but, for the few who do understand, the opportunity is available.

I have found a new venue for the term esoteric. Folks on this forum speak as if only the enlightened few are capable of comprehending appraisal concepts. You guys are killing me! :rof:

You have to get out more.

But, let's not digress from the main matter here.

I'm sorry - what was/is the 'main matter'? The issue of including the value of excess land on fannie assignments or posting Lyle's email?

Do you mind, kindly, to provide the source of this 'fact'?

And the silence is deafening...
