Is this Appraisal Hub, which discloses it is not affiliated with FNMA however has all the FNMA quick links the best way to get into the Fannie Mae rotation?

I got the same junk email. It is one of those paid to be listed on our site things.

Fannie Mae® is trademarked. How are they getting away with this?

Looks really official, like the junk I get for County Tax Appeals.... At this point I think outfits like this can be considered predatory.

How long before the real Fannie Mae gets wind of this?

Well, as an AMC when they register with the states, aren't they going to have to pay $50 per appraiser to the state? ( I thought I read that somewhere). I checked out their directory and all the "good guys" in my area are right there. I will do some investigating tomorrow.

I sent in inquiry to Fannie Mae.

Anybody ever join this directory and receive any work with reasonable fees?

Read the other threads in "Clients, good, bad & ugly."

I wouldn't count on this company much longer. At least not under their current name.
