I should NEVER clean house.

I need to quote Fannie Guidelines from 00-01 on measuring/definition of GLA as regards basement...

Anyone got an old paper copy? will send my fax number if so, please PM me.

I tossed the darn thing last MONTH :eyecrazy: . and am doing a retrospective review in which I have been asked to not just cite but actually QUOTE the appropriate section(s) and all I got access to is the present set..... while I don't think that section chenged... sigh.

Lee Ann, you might be in luck... if this would work.

I have the 01/09/1994 copy and the 04/12/2002 copy of Section 405.06, the Gross Living Area section of the Fannie guide. They both read the same for "gross living area."

Could we assume that 2000-2001 was the same as in 1994 and 2002?

Let me know if this helps.

Fannie Mae guidelines were published in 1994 and 2002, so the 1994 ones were applicable from 12/31/1994 to June 30, 2002. And the wording was not changed. Except in the 1990 and 1994 guide it was Section 404.06. The paragraph became Section 405.06 in the 2002 guidelines.

Will this help

 You guys are the best!!!

I will go ahead and 'cite' my verifiable professional resources!

Otis: Thanks hon, but I didn't find the "old rooles" on the alregs site, just the new ones of what I got a printout on my reference shelf....

Never clean the office NEVER clean the office. NEVER

I could NOT think of a reason to save it, gave ti considerable thought... my hand hovered over the round file several times before finally letting go.

idjit. _bonk bonk bonk sound of head hitting desk.

Sorry it didn't help - I've got mine but they're still in the garage in a box that's stuck back in the corner for me to unpack from 1.5 years after my move in. I'll get there sooner or later - probably, later.
