I have heard there are companys that for so much a year they give you a fax number to give out and any fax that is sent to that number automatically goes to your e mail. Has anyone else heard of it and tried it and how does it work?

E-Fax. Works pretty good. They offer a free version, but it may be a long distance phone number from a 1,000 miles away. They have a pay for version, about $10 per month if I remeber correctly, that may offer a local number if you are in a major city. Only problem may be the amount of spam e-mail and faxes. But you might get those anyway, if you advertise.

Used to use Efax, they are unreliable! I have been using Jfax for almost 2 years now and has never failed! You can get local and 800 numbers! I have all my people using Jfax and have never had a problem! I highly recommend Jfax.com!

Russ, I will look into Jfax. Was Efax dropping your faxes, or hold them prisoner for a week or two before forwarding them.
