I see where the Feds have renewed efforts to kill any kind of meaningful appraisal regulation:

They are doing their level best to keep any kind of effective reforms from happening. You know who thank for this situation. I wish they would explain why they prefer to keep it this way.
I can't understand why anyone would get into residential appraising today. The Feds have made it clear that they want fast and cheap and forget about professionalism, so stay away if you're not fast and cheap.
