Generally, is there a fee range for both:

1. Industrial appraisal with machinery equipment.

and

2. Business appraisal both for the structure and business included?

Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.

So much depends on work waiting to be done, complexity of the property, the client requesting the work (some are much better than others), and the general degree of difficulty in completing the assignment.

Also we typically subcontract with M&E guys so I can't answer with any precision. Very broad range of possibilities.

No. I charge by the hour. I may estimate my hours if I have done something similar but any oddball will relate the fee to the amount of time to do the job. And of you want me to include BEV and Personal property...cha ching expect to pay more.

What Pete said, the scope is going to be the biggest determinant of the fee. It could be under $5k or tens of thousands.
