Can someone provide me with the link to the PDF copy of the 4150.2 handbook?

Thanks!

I don't see the handbook on their web page, but here is the link. They have and an 800 number to call for the handbook. I guess it is too big to put on the web page. :?
Hope this helps.

Mell.

Printed handbooks can be ordered online through the Direct Distribution System or by telephone at 1-800-767-7468.

Spent an hour last night trying to find that handbook on the HUD sight .. all references to any links were broken ..

Finally found it elsewhere. On account of I'm so cursed considerate, have uploaded the file onto my site so it's easier for everyone to reach .. 141 pages in *pdf format:

Enjoy!

Thanks. I couldn't find it on their pages either in PDF format. But I did find it else where. Its a 3 meg file but I downloaded it and going to have it printed out locally so I can start to study. Have a lender asking me to get approved!! Thats a first! :D

Doesn't sound right, Jeff ..

The *pdf file is under 600K ..

Looks like the one I download has some extra forms and stuff from HUD. It's 172 pages. Going to save you copy and look at little closer at them.

Be sure and print out the FAQs and the National Reference Guide from HUDs website. Those two make changes and update the 4150.2! When you have a question in the future, check the FAQs first, Reference Guide second, then the 4150.2 last.

Try this one

rajaraza,

You need to start paying closer attention to the age of the threads you are responding to. Many are no longer relevant.:flowers:
