FHA Manufactured Home Assignment

I received an FHA manufactured home assignment from a client yesterday and have never done one. I have been reading all the threads and realized I need help with it. Is their anyone out their with experience who could help me with this assignment in Broward County Florida? If so please let me know abd what the cost whould be.
