FHA Maufactured Fees in MI

What's a reasonable fee for FHA Manufactured in MI? Got a call from a MI Broker today that was flabbergasted that I charged $450, and thats reduced only because I have ALL of the recent sales in my database. Just wondering.

Its higher than what we charge, but not by much, and we are going to be raising our prices because of gas. Its not unreasonable.
