FHA Missing Flooring

Long time ago, I had one house with plywood floor for a conventional loan.
I wasn't sure if to condition, so I just stated in comment and photo of plywood floor.
It was up to client to decided what it wanted to do.
Surprisingly client didn't get back to me.

Everybody seems to have more faith in their client "doing the right thing" than I do. Most clients want to close that loan as quickly as possible so they can move on to the next one. Pesky appraisers who require property defects to be corrected cause them grief. Those loan officers know they will be working somewhere else in five years and the chances of them being held accountable for defects in their loan files at any particular institution is almost nil. Appraiser's, on the other hand, are expected to perform their job at a competent and ethical manner without regard to their client's "desires" and have substantial long-term liability. As Bobby Bucks once said – "appraisals have a long shelf life".

Mike I'm going deny I ever said that...I may have typed it in here, but I didn't say it......I can't truly recall......I'm just practicing in case I'm ever frog marched in to testify about where I was on January 6th.

To the OP
Have you checked the Handbook 4000.1?
If it is not in there as a "requirement" then it is not a must, but could be a requirement of your client/lender, which would then be part of your SOW

As @Bobby Bucks mentioned above, remember the 3 S's
