some of you don't seem to have any long term, non AMC, clients that can ask for that change without you thinking fraud. bad way to have a lifetime business. fraud can be done on your appraisal without you changing anything. there are programs out there that will make your signed appraisal be very different. i had that happen long ago, and HUD officers carry guns.
