you are sooo right Mr. Bell..i have done some reviews of AR's and Ag's that feel they can get away with anything because of their status...NOT to say all AR's and AG's are bad...in fact the majority are down right stupendous, but there are some that feel because of their "higher" status, its "therefore, I am". How can u say a 30% percent difference in GLA is acceptable as a comp just because its in the immediate neighborhood? Must have missed that class.....dang....
