FHA - Shared Well & Septic

Don't know how much direction they could give, as the dwelling(s) would be required to meet Local "Municipal Health Code" and State required Health Codes. Probably different in every State due to "soil testing results".

Wells, they are looking for Potable test results and distance from leech field to maintain clean drinking water, which is also subject to "Local Health Code" (State).
Good Luck

Ewww.

I was working on a construction crew in my teens pouring a sidewalk in a small apartment complex. A fully loaded concrete truck broke thru a buried septic tank and shot poo 100ft in all directions. Coated the crew, cars in the parking lot, side of the building, spectators and a lady sitting on her balcony. Aside from the stink it was pretty hilarious.

Worst part was we had to unload the truck by hand before the concrete set....still covered in poo.
