FHA - Subject is in a 100yr Flood Zone?

I have not had a flood zone in a while, and never on an FHA. I can't find any info on this topic. Does anyone know if this is an issue? Thanks

No big deal!

Just state it in the appraisal report "That it APPEARS to be located...", X and fill-in the info and you are done. Include a Flood Map with subject's location if you wish, but really, all of this is the lenders job, not the appraisers job. No big deal.
