Guess what - I know it would be quite a drive for you, but the one I went to last year ended up having plenty of space and I don't think anyone even checked my name to see if I registered. It was a great seminar and I was sure glad I went. Learned a lot. You might just "show up" as I doubt they will turn you down. Remember, there are always people that don't go that did register.

There's a whole lot more appraisers that have signed up to do FHAs this year, so there really might not be room.
