I recieved a final inspection request for this appraisal. I know that I need to fill out the 92051 form. I have never filled one out before. It looks like I just need to check boxes 9 and 14. What else do I need to send? Can I just merge the 92051 form and take the 1004 out and resign?

Mr. O'Leary,

I scanned back through the thread. Since you never once posted what was ultimately required, what you are supposed to be checking for upon your inspection for completion, anything at all about any third party inspection findings or requirements, or if you have even so much as actually reinspected again... I ran to my closet for a crystal ball to use so I could answer you....

I must have misplaced it! ... But I can tell you that if you don't know how to use your own appraisal software you should consider contacting your software vendor.

Hope this helps!

Mr Feet,

This does not help nor answer my question in any way. But thanks for yet another condescending response. Congrats on another post count!

Mr. O'Leary,

Again, you have not told us a thing about what was, or what was not, required. If you have reinspected. What you observed. What you did not observe. Etc. Etc. .. So look at 3, 6, 7, 8(a)(b), 9, 10, 11, and 14. And remember "Warning: HUD will prosecute false claims and statements."

So you want us to answer "What else do I need to send?" while we are in the dark about what was to be done, what was done, and what you have or have not done. Then you ask a software related question when none of us have any idea what software you are using.

Consider this. While you are busy being offended by a light-hearted, if pointed, post telling you that you've left out some important information needed, and complimenting me on my post count,.......... you're the one that hasn't gotten any answers and is in the dark about what to do. Not me. Recommend you call HUD as you don't want to disclose the information.
