FHA with pool

Hi, just recieved an FHA order for a bank owned property and was told by the agent that the in ground pool pump and filter has been stolen. They are filling the pool and I guess will be adding chlorine. Should I do this subject to repairs or as is with a cost to cure?

Well, before I post, I always do a search and check the FHA site. However, I did not find the answer to my question. Thanks for the help.
