Ok...? I'm not defending the PDCs. I'm stating - for a fact - that they include more photos than any appraisal I've seen.

Must be the ones you have seen. Ones I have seen haven't been any more photos. With the appraiser being paid $25 for a duplex. If that appraiser did anymore than sign the report I'd be surprised.
