If a chimney protrudes just be mindful to not Double-Dip. That 10.0005 feet could result in a "mandatory GLA adjustment".

Around Here, tax is not THE go -to. There are homes that are 20++-- years old that were never Tax- measured
& where the guess-ta-mate was provided through the initial permit when the home was dirt.
And comparing then to now ----> the builder built a different house on the lot.
How about the 2/c rear entry carport being heated GLA via the Great Tax Debacle.

I don't give a ---- what tax says except
when/if ...to disclose through Disclosure Comments any variances that may be questionable "compared to the source used in the report".

I'm seriously doubting you are an actual appraiser.

Fernando next question is an-Indoor Pool included in the GLA ? Answer-If its in a $20,0000 Million Dollar Beverly Hills Estate then probably a yes but if its in a home in Felony Flats CA maybe its just a giant mosquito attracting puddle of mold. I will have to check with the ANSI Pool Handbook and get back with Fernando
