Actually, Stone Point Capital! I just found this out myself today as well. Cotality was bought out by the Private Equity firm Stone Point Capital in 2021. Its a crazy big company. Sorry for the off topic.
On topic, I really like SFREP and I am looking at the switch from Total as well. But I agree they need a better sketching program. They should at least make their Sketch32 standard. I think the other one is still old 16 bit software. Which is insane considering that SFREP is the only appraisal software company that has ever made a 64bit appraisal software. But I thought I heard in a training video that they were working on a new sketch and mobile apps. So even though I switched to Total years ago because I loved their sketch software so much, I'm not sure I'll avoid SFREP because of it.
