I'd love to come...but have a kid with a dental appointment on the second. (Do you know how hard it is getting a dental appt nowadays? What's up with that?? I'd love to tell somebody wanting an appraisal..."well, I have an opening in June...")

Gee...now that I think of it...wish I could charge dental-type fees!
