With all the talk about FNC lately, I was wondering if there was no possible advantage for appraisers who utilize Appraisalport and the AIReady reporting format.
I have read conflicting posts from same parties with regard to data sharing. When the discussion concerns anything to do with FNC, these parties are vehemently negative about FNC. But these parties have been known to express interest in a data sharing service.
I have nothing to do with FNC and my interest is strictly one of curiousity regarding seemingly contradictory positions.
Since appraisers live and die based upon the availability and quality of data, wouldn't FNC's Data Express service be considered a positive tool?
