When are you ever going to criticize any appraisal related government assignment condition?

LOL... FNMA is not the government and there is no assignment condition involved because they don't require the CA which would be an assignment condition.

Are you even an appraiser?

190 billion dollar bailout and they are telling us what to do. hahahahahahaha

Fannie and Freddie
The total amount invested in Fannie and Freddie so far is $187B.

The Treasury has been earning a return on its investments, which has resulted in a profit. So far the companies have paid $250B in dividends to the Treasury.

But what has that to do with the quote I posted (ignorantly you attributed it to me but it was just a copy from the selling guide.)

The "assignment condition" you think you're talking about is directed at the lender, not the appraiser.

Again, are you even a licensed appraiser? Doesn't sound like it.

I offered once for your sorry excuse to meet me and i will show you personally. no comprende?

Are you going to just use the same old tiresome lines over and over. Didn't fannie send you updates for that?

So they got free money and made a profit. Congratulations.

So it your position that Fannie Mae's requirements for purchasing loans from it's lenders to check for ...

"Or, if the improvement analysis indicates that it is necessary to go through one bedroom to get to another bedroom, lenders should expect to see an amount indicated for functional depreciation. "

...is some sort of unreasonable government intrusion on appraisers by the Gob'ment?
