For a change of outlook from me. I hope that the NAR is succesful in their endeavors with this bill. For AdValorem appraisals, computer values based on a competent exterior only inspection and measuring is acceptable. BUT, to determine the value of a structure without a proper inspection with a computer doing it is a total disservice to all involved. While they are at it, maybe they can do away with the ridiculously high deminimus value.
