My guess is that they're already visiting with the GSE's - and maybe have already started testing. Brian's got a pretty savvy crew over there. As far as 'catch' - your guess is as good as mine. Corner the market on appraisal forms software AND delivery software? Remember - this is also the guy that is touting 24 hour appraisals. Maybe he wants folks on his platform so he has more access to appraisers for his 24 hour venture?

Robots can produce 1000 cars a day, but only 400 is needed. Will tech get so good that it over produces to the point of rot?

Same with appraisals. OK, you knocked that one out in 24hrs....what knock on wood for the next one to come? There is only a finite number of appraisals at a given time....

I personally haven't seen much traction for the 24 hour appraisal. (a) they're only available if AUS offers the desktop/hybrid option, and (b) they're only available to be fulfilled by Reggora's own AMC. Most lenders are pretty protective of their approved panels...

As an aside, I think there may be more volume than some think once this is 'live', as there are many folks (Alsie for example) who have chosen to pursue other careers. I guess we'll see.
