I have seen several threads on here about not doing 2-4 unit drive-by's due to the 1025 form not being compliant. I found a form in Total specifically for 2-4 unit drive-by's. In the contents, it is under the AppraisalPort Delivery (AI Ready ENV) heading. The form name is: RVS Exterior-only [Small Res. Inc.]. dated 08/15. The certifications and limiting conditions pages are specifically worded for this purpose.

HE Is - You are RIGHT. This is exciting... (I really am in the right profession). Can some of our more experienced forum people weigh-in on this? A quick glance at Certifications looks good.

Is RVS the client? Are you going to send Clear Capital a RVS form?

Agreed, I would be careful in how & what forms You use.....it could become so exciting for you

Not touch with 10 foot pole. What is so hard about creating your own forms in a word processor? If you are so fixated upon exterior inspection reports de$igned primarily to undercut a more thorough report, and do so with only a modicum of concern for quality then build your own form and certification.
