I had never heard of this company prior to this article. But it looks like they're really unhappy with an individual CG. I wonder how many of the other CGs at that company might be under scrutiny?

a long time ago a residential office got sanctioned. fannie started to wonder why everyone there were making the same dollar adjustments for items on the grid. they all got sanctioned. if a managing director is in trouble i am sure that his disease did spread to the other appraisers by his managing choice. either way, you never want your appraisals to be reviewed with a magnifying glass. and if their appraisals are being examined, in a sweeping search, then they are all the walking dead now.

I didn't know Fannie be doing commercial loans. Commercial loans are risky and Fannie has no business in using taxpayer money in funding commercials. Shame on Fannie.
