Freddie Mac: Quality & Condition Ratings

I'm the practical appraiser.
Given the rules, you don't want to bring further issues upon yourself.
So, you present a misleading Appraisal Report to CYA. I got absolutely no respect for you as an Appraiser if you really do such, zero respect as an Appraiser.

One thing for sure, if you do the things, you say you do, you are not my peer.

Remember, as long as your appraised value is correct, you should be fine.
That's what lenders care.

Everyone has to decide, every day, what kind of appraiser they're going to be that day. Repetition and habit obviously make that decision much simpler as we go, but it's still a daily choice.

Ain't none of us any better or worse than out last assignment. So regardless of the mistakes of our past - and we all have them - we can still choose to do right today.

Playing to not get caught by a reviewer isn't playing to win.

If Trump was an appraiser, he would do same what I did.

In the new era, it's not whether it's right or wrong but what you think is right thing to do. Thanks to Trump.
