Thanks Dennis!

I have a quick question or two for you:

Regarding the 3.6 UAD; I noticed that the new UAD does not have a USPAP identification statement form regarding whether the report is restricted or an appraisal as would be required. I currently utilize a 2.6 form, then I fill it out, then cut and paste to a clip-board, then port it over to the 3.6 file by inserting it into the assignment page onto a document page.

Are there any other elements that you can think of that we would need to add to the 3.6 to be USPAP compliant?

Also, am I missing where the USPAP statement is addressed in the new 3.6?

Sorry if this goes off the topic and thank you again for apprising us of the zoom meeting. I signed up for it already.

Fannie/Freddie forms used in restricted reports ? Fannie Certification can't be altered and seems like you would be using Non F & F forms and Certifications on restricted-non-lender or non GSE assignments. LET'S SEE WHAT DW SAYS !

Here is the first page of an actual 3.6 report

I think that meets the requirement to label it as an Appraisal Report :)

I am not aware of any required elements that are missing. If there were any, they would have been added to the data set. :)

And yes, he was aware that the 2.6 also says "Appraisal Report" at the top of page 1. It may have been redundant, but it does not contradict the certification.

Okay Thanks for the Clarification.

with all the appraisal waiver fraud.. how do you make market condition adjustments...too funny :rof:

Signed up twice cause I did not realize the first time I had misspelled my email incorrectly, and was very curious why I didn’t get an email verification about it. The difference will be the correct addition of a period
