I agree Pam knows how to handle the situation But you never know how the tape will be edited. They should give Pam a full segment on 60 minutes !!!

Oh no, I had the CBS news on tonight, they did a promotion for tomorrows program. It said something like watch tomorrow to learn how to avoid appraisal fraud when buying a home... Their agenda might be different than what we are hoping to point out the flaws built into the entire system. Hopefully the tease was not accurate of the story, the tease made it sound like it was ALL on the appraiser...

Yes, but the way the system is set up, the bad appraiser's get rewarded, the good appraisers get punished. That is where the fix is needed, because currently the bad appraiser's get the majority of the work. If they just focus on scapegoating a few bad appraisers, that are not going to change or fix anything...
