this thread joggs a story here in Starke .

My dad built a house for guy up here in North Florida ........ the guy had his house in Cape Coral (West Coast of Florida) for sale and turned down a $500,000 offer .... now the guy has the same house still listed for sale 3 years later at $300,000 .......

.... my dad took a small second on it ......

..... I told my dad ...... buy gold back in 2000 .......

..... it was a "freaking no brainer"

...I could of made people a lot of moeny if I could have gotten them away from the TV set and the newspapers ......
