As I read the guidelines, "check the Other Box and type None"

However the idiot reviewer stipped me:

FNC-C-S-054-01- Site field in report shows GAS as other however the term NONE is also listed. Please revise to unselect the other box if there is NO Gas utility.

Reviewer is right. You have to consider the line that says enter none as a stand alone statement
