I threw the Phoenix Republic away, wish I had it now, but either yesterday or Sat was an article about some high rise condos at 24th Street and Camelback (Former Governor Fyfe Symington's project--he resigned the governors office after people found out about the appraisals that was used to finance his real estate holdings--had two or more available for each project, depending on who he was talking to). Anyway these new condos have been developed, about 9 stories high, the upper floors have over 3,500 square feet and cost several millions dollars each. One of the movers and shakers behind the deal was an Edmunds, can't remember the full name. Is that your step-brother? Gainy Ranch has been around for almost 30 years, very confusing streets and I never could find my way around, would always have to allow twice as much time to drive comparables because I kept getting lost. But I only went there about once a year under protest--MY area was Wickenburg, New River, Beardsley, Waddell, Blue Sky over Arizona, Rainbow Valley, etc, etc. I can only find properties if the directions are given in conjunction with broken saguaros, mesquite trees, fence posts, the Browns house (that is actually painted yellow), a right at the wash, on the other side of the mesa, etc, etc. Put me on city streets with street signs and I get lost.

Jo Ann....I don't think Geoff was involved in those but I could be wrong. His company built upper end single family for $750,000 and up. He sold the company to Toll Brothers a couple of years ago. Both my nephews are still actively building in the valley.

Wickenburg, hmmmm, do you know a Jim Jones there? He still owes us about five grand! What a con artist! We got involved in a gold mining scheme...guess we will never learn.
