I know a number of people, mostly from San Francisco, who don't remember much of that decade. LOL

I worked in Oregon about 6 months back in the 60s building a power line through the Cascades. Had I elected to stay there, I might have accepted a transfer to Klammath Falls. That is when I learned about the Geothermal heating.

Lucky you. Have you looked at the inside of your freezer? Thats what Klamath Falls is like in the winter. God sends people there when he wants to punish them. When they are really bad, he sends them off to Lakeview, Oregon.

I have to agree Doug, it's not one of my favorite places to revisit in this lifetime. Hotter than hell in the summer, miserably cold in the winter. Bugs, humidity. Add them all up and I prefer to stay home.

Hahaha. My knees were getting too bad to climb poles anymore. That's about the time I got my real estate license.
