Getting Nassau County tax maps

I shut off all ad blockers and medium / high security settings. I still cannot get it to work with Mozilla.

Had the same problem, if you really need a map you can install IE8 and that will usually enable you to view tax maps. I have successfully done this a few times. I suggested to their IT dept to advise people of this when they called so as not to waste anyone's time with their workaround which doesn't work.
They are scheduled to upgrade their system in a "few months" which should resolve the problem...

Solution

Grab the Russian installer from the first search result when you google Autodesk Design Review 2013

Install the Russian version of the program, included inside it is the plug-in that you need to view the tax maps. Tested and working on Internet Explorer 10 on windows 7. The English installer is broken.

It worked with Internet Explorer 11. I really don't know how I followed the Russian installation prompts, but it worked.

MLS stratus appears to be working properly again....they changed something ...it works w/ IE8....
