I don't know what gave you the impression that I work for any appraisal software company. I don't but am flattered.
My beef is the same as any other Wintotal user who has been trying to figure out the problematic Aurora upgrade. I also noticed that this forum is the best at this time to get important issues resolved. Most of the time, tech support is efficient just for issues that are already known and in the pipeline for resolution. I understand some have the patience and understanding of a good company that tries or appears to be working hard. I just come here and want to put the record staight. I don't have any preconceived ill-notion against alamode nor any other company or anyone.
PS. As you pointed out, I have been posting mostly on the software side because I only recently upgraded and my attention is on that aspect of this forum. I need to get issues resolved and move on. There are issues I feel are not best left hanging with the software I use on a daily basis for income.
Does that qualify my posts without invoking some kind of dislike among some alamode fans?
As for the experience with tech support, if you read my posts, you should be able to form an opinion yourself. I tried to be matter of fact, without whining about groundless self-inflicted problems. You may note that most of my posts are like that with a few gripes here and there (as I am just human).
