Does anybody use a special contact management system for keeping track of contact information? GoldMine Software and ACT are a few that I have worked with, but is there anything specifically used for appraisers?

Thanks :usa:

I use Act and am very satisfied. I used to be a serious Goldmine user many years ago. At that time (~8-9yrs.) Goldmine was much more customizable than Act. However, Goldmine was extremely bug prone and that's why I eventually switched to Act. Act has many more users and support options if you run into problems.

We use ACT and have for the last several years. It's pretty usere friendly and interfaces well with Acoounting Software. It also makes it nice for task lists, and pretty much any type of database report you need. Only issues I've had is with the phone dialer intergration and I don't think it's an ACT isssue. Alll in All I Like it quite a bit.

I used ACT v2.0 thru ACT 2000 with a brief interlude using MS Schedule in the mid 90's. Finally made the switch to MS Outlook back in the spring and it does what I need. Good & Bad features to all of the above.
