Good appraisal blogs?

Does anyone know of good appraisal blogs out there? Ones written by appraisers themselves that have good content and are updated frequently?

I've been following birminghamappraisalblog.com and sacramentoappraisalblog.com for a while now. What else is out there?

Because Appraisals can't blog.

Semantics shemantics. Blog is a noun and an adjective.

Appraisal in the sense of blogs which cover appraisal topics.

Linked-in has some decent blogs.

But semantics matter when using most search engines. For optimal results of your searches, use the correct semantics.
