I may have posted this a long time ago, but thought it appropriate to post now given some recent topics/gripes. A long time ago, one of my instructors told my class this would be good for clients who are complaining about pricing or timing.
An appraisal can only be two of the following three, pick two....GOOD...FAST...CHEAP.
An appraisal can be done good and fast, but it won't be cheap.
It can be done good and cheap, but it won't be fast.
Or it can be done fast and cheap, but it won't be any good :lol:
