The Mercury/a la Mode database was always my go to when we didn't have an appraiser, but I've leaned on Appraiser USA before as well.

This rings true in my experience. After one AMC put us on Mercury, we started steadinly getting new clients sending stuff to us via that platform. Probably have a dozen clients that have used us on there in the past 3 years since we got on ....
 
I concur with Terrell. Websites can be important for non-lending clients.

It can help somewhat with lending clients, notably out-of-area direct lending clients, but to a significantly lesser extent.
